Today, we have the pleasure of introducing you to Chase Caccamo, one of our team members at the Jeff Tricoli team. Chase was born and raised in South Florida and currently resides in Palm Beach County.
Chase got started in real estate based on the recommendation of a friend of his who referred him to the industry. He may have started on a whim, but he quickly fell in love with real estate.
What he loves most about being a listing agent is the ability to help out others. He also has a passion for contracts and negotiations and making sure those are diligently reviewed.
The Tricoli Team offers many things that Chase loves, but the biggest one of all is the environment. He enjoys working with the other members of the team and getting to learn from them.
Chase helps around 10 to 15 families per month, walking them through the long and important process of selling their homes. He does this throughout the process, from contracts to inspections. His passion for getting into the nitty gritty of contracts and negotiations is what sets him apart from other agents. Most agents would find these tedious, but Chase loves them.
