What can the Tricoli Team do for you? We offer tons of benefits to set you up for success, but don’t just take our word for it. Ryan Garcia joined our team five years ago, and he recently sat down with us to share what his experience has been like so far.

Ryan is a Florida native who started in real estate nine years ago. He worked with a home builder developing communities for a long time, but then five years ago he sat down with Jeff and decided it was time to become an agent. Ryan loves that he gets to help people in his daily work. He’s also a competitive person, so he enjoys going above and beyond to win for his clients and provide them with the best service possible.

The camaraderie he feels in the office with his coworkers is Ryan’s favorite thing about the Tricoli Team. However, he feels what really sets this team apart is the systems. Also, he enjoys the opportunity to mentor new agents about the industry and share his competitive spirit with them. 

 

Every month, Ryan helps 15 families or more get into a new home. For him, this experience is the type of satisfying work he wants in a career. His message for new agents is to give the Tricoli Team an opportunity to talk to them, as he’s sure they won’t find a better place to work.
